ADMISSION POLICY: NURSERY To VIII
Academic Session: 2026-2027
Objective
To establish a clear and consistent process for admitting students to schools, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and fairness. This policy stands applicable to all prospective students, parents/guardians, and administrative staff involved in the admission process.
Admission Process:
Registration Commencement: 15/01/2026 (Thursday) onwards
Procurement of Admission Form and Registration: From the school’s Fee Counter after payment of requisite fees in Online Mode on all working days during school hours.
(Admission Form: Rs. 300/- is to be paid at the time of form procurement and is nonrefundable)
Submission of Admission Form:
Duly filled admission form with the required documents is to be submitted at the fee counter within 7 days of procurement of form.

Eligibility Parameters:
Age Criteria: As per the State Govt. and CBSE/NEP Norms, Minimum 03+ years at the time of admission in Balvatika-I (Nursery) and 06+ years in class I (Age as on March 31st 2026)

Document Verification:
The Admission Committee and office will verify all submitted documents at the time of form submission. Incomplete forms shall be rejected.
Admission Test/Interview
Notification: Details of the test/Interview will be communicated to the applicants via telephonic call
Kindergarten: An interview session with the child and parents will be conducted as per the date scheduled.
Standard II and Above: Students may be required to take a written test (based on Previous Class)
assessing literacy, numeracy, and reasoning skills.
Merit List and Selection
Merit List Publication:

Admission is purely based on merit and subject to availability of seats.

The merit list of the selected candidates will be displayed on the school’s website and notice board.

Admission Confirmation
Fee Payment: Parents of selected students must pay the admission fee to confirm the admission within 04 days from the declaration of the result. Failing to do so, the seat will be allocated to the next candidate without any intimation. (Admission fee is payable one time and is non refundable)
Submission of Original Documents: Original documents must be submitted at the time of admission for final verification.
Grievance Redressal
Any complaints or concerns regarding the admission process should be directed to the School’s Admission committee. Escalation may be made to the school management if unresolved.

School Management reserves the right to cancel any admission if deemed necessary. Admission process will be closed on account of non-availability of vacancy in any particular class without any prior intimation.

Parents are advised to submit authentic documents to avoid rejection of admission form or cancellation of admission. School cannot be held responsible in any such case.
